What makes a great pizza is the crust. All the flour in our dough is organic and we source it from an organic mill in North Carolina. The tomato sauce is simply crushed tomatoes with extra virgin olive oil and fresh basil. Then topped with fresh mozzarella cheese. That's what I think makes a perfect margherita pizza.
We make all the classic Italian pizzas and when ingredients are in season we make specialty pizzas. One of the reasons we keep our menu small is our customers have come to expect and appreciate the quality and the freshness of Pomodoro food.
